Our Gym is 7000+ sq ft but do not let the size fool you! We have all Life Fitness, Cybex, Hammer Strength, Troy, Bells of Steel and Dynabody equipment. We have a large mat area for deadlifting with bumper plates with dumbbells that start at 5lbs and go up to 155lbs!
